Experiments on rats, results shocking
Now, scientists have modified these T-cells into CAR (chimeric antigen receptor) T-cells, which attack and repair these aged cells. The first experiment was done on rats and the results are shocking. According to a study published in the journal Nature Aging, the rats lived healthy lives. His body weight reduced. Digestion became better. Even the body started controlling sugar well. As a result, their bodies started functioning like young rats.
Old rats start looking young again
Research team member and assistant professor Corina Amor Vegas said, if we give it to old rats, they start looking young again. If we give it to young rats, their lifespan gets reduced. There was no such therapy till now. This is going to be a surprising treatment and definitely with just one treatment, the age of a person is going to be reduced to a great extent. The special thing is that there will be no need to take medicine daily, because the lifespan of T-cells is very long. It takes its food from the body itself. This can be a panacea for obesity and diabetes patients. T cells have the ability to develop memory and persist in your body for a long time, which is very different from a chemical drug.
